
Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in a designated territory. This role requires a professional with strong sales and distribution network management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Distribution Network Management: Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing SIM and data selling outlets to maximize revenue in the assigned territory.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Execution: Execute the entire GTM strategy in the prepaid business, adapting to market demographics and driving sales strategies according to customer segments.
- Channel Management: Drive channel profitability and satisfaction by initiating active relationship management programs through continuous engagement with retailers and field sales executives.
- Partner Value Enhancement: Increase value for partners through systematic marketing and merchandising activities.
- Market Intelligence: Develop timely market intelligence reports detailing changing customer trends and competitor performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network performance in the markets.
Requirements:
- Strong Experience in Sales: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the telecom or FMCG sectors.
- Distribution and Sales Network Management: Expertise in strengthening distribution and sales networks.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Ability to execute GTM strategies effectively.
- Market Analysis: Skills in analyzing market demographics and tailoring sales strategies.
- Channel Proficiency: Experience in driving channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with retailers and field sales executives.
- Market Intelligence: Proficiency in developing market intelligence reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially network operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
