Position: Business Development Executive/ Sr Executive – Global Markets Research market trends and developing partnerships with key International Partners and Identify new Global Markets for Strategic Business opportunitiesProvide feedback on emerging business trends and best industry practices to refine the business modelRepresent the company at Worldwide industry events, including round tables, exhibitions etc.Work closely with Stakeholders for executions and timely completion of ProjectsProspecting of New Customers across the globe through existing leads and maximizing the lead generation process by way of e-meetings and in-person meetingsDevelop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow-up for successful onboarding the businessWork closely with existing business Partners across the globe for maximum business outputConduct research as well as new Country/Competitor analysis to define strategies for favourable outcomesResponsible for positioning IFAN services in the Global MarketIn agreement with the top management, create and implement sales plans to grow income in target user market and geographic sectors globally EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria: Education: MBA from reputed University/College is mandatory Experience: 0-3 years of Sales/Marketing/Business Development experiencePreferred industry: Recruitment Industry/ Healthcare Tourism / International Healthcare / Hospitality/ AviationVery strong Communication Skills – Verbal & WrittenExcellent leadership and management skills – DesirableDemonstrable influencing skills – DesirableAble to work effectively, individually and responsibly without close supervision - EssentialExtensive travelling required across the GlobeExpert in BD using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)Expert in communicating with international clients from various Continents Location: Gurgaon Salary: Open to discuss/Negotiable What we can Offer If you are an individual who is looking to build something extraordinary; this is the place for you.
