Digital Transformation Assistant

Description:

We are on a mission to revolutionize our operations and seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Assistant. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for exploring and implementing new technologies, supporting system implementation, content creation, knowledge sharing, IT support, cost optimization, and project collaboration.

  • Explore and Implement New Technologies: The successful candidate will research, test, and recommend practical applications for AI, automation, digital tools, and agents.
  • Support System Implementation: Pilot testing, feedback, user support, and roll-outs of new systems will be handled by the candidate.
  • Content Creation: Developing digital training materials, including short videos, tutorials, and guides, for our Digital Training Academy is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Knowledge Sharing: The candidate will document solutions and share knowledge with staff to adopt new tools confidently.
  • IT Support: Providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team will be the primary focus of the assistant.
  • Cost Optimization: Tracking and monitoring licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency, is also a critical task in this role.
  • Project Collaboration: Contribute to technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related fields. Key qualifications include:

  • Digital Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging digital learning material using Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Automation Knowledge: Experience with automation platforms like UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and urgency to find practical effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to explain technical ideas simply and clearly.
