Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled global digital marketing strategist to oversee the development and implementation of our overall global strategy for drop shipping and wholesaling.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and be able to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
The right individual will be responsible for setting and executing the overall global strategy, identifying opportunities to increase the number of dropshippers and wholesalers globally, and recruiting Indian drop shippers. They will also stay up-to-date with best practices, trends, and news in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall global digital marketing strategy;
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase the number of dropshippers/wholesalers globally;
- Set strategy to recruit Indian drop shippers;
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in global digital marketing;
- Expertise in Google and Bing Ads, social media networks, and digital marketing tools;
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal);
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices;
- Experience working in the India market;
- Attention to detail;
- Independent thinking, active, and creative;
- Strong learning ability and adaptability;
- Wholesale/dropshipping related work experience is a plus.
