Job Title:

A Marketing Specialist is required to drive business growth through strategic online advertising.

About the Role
  • Set up and optimize Google AdWords and Bing campaigns, conducting thorough target keyword research and crafting compelling ad copies to ensure effective campaign and keyword structure.
  • Manage and refine campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural, keywords, ad text optimization, and creative optimization techniques.
  • Oversee Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Manage end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files, collaborating with merchant center, and executing shopping campaigns effectively.
  • Understand creative requirements for diverse platforms and develop a deep understanding of product offerings and competitor profiles.
  • Collaborate with the team, providing regular daily and weekly status updates and ensuring timely conversion tracking and KPI measurements are in place.
  • Maintain accurate records of spending to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, meeting the company's minimum educational requirements.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in PPC (Google Ads & Facebook Ads), with Programmatic media buying experience being an advantage.
  • Experience working with E-Commerce setup is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability and expertise in working with data, coupled with basic Excel skills and exceptional communication abilities.
  • A quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and a performance-driven mindset.
