Senior Manager – Digital Performance Marketing

This role is perfect for a results-driven digital marketer who excels at scaling campaigns, leading teams, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.

Required Skills:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
