Job Title: Director of Digital Learning Strategy

Job Summary:

As a visionary leader, the Director of Digital Learning Strategy will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital learning programs that drive business growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement large-scale digital learning initiatives that meet the organization's evolving needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms, as well as exceptional leadership and change management skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Learning Strategy: Design and execute a holistic digital learning strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching business goals and objectives.
  • Lead Digital Learning Initiatives: Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization, including LMS, learning experience platforms, AI-driven learning tools, and more.
  • Manage Digital Learning Infrastructure: Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires, training content, and technical support.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
