Key responsibilities include defining product vision, managing product backlogs, drafting user stories, and facilitating scrum ceremonies.

  • Strong knowledge of RWA calculator (RWA, RoRWA, EL calculation).">
  • Experience in credit transformation initiatives.">

Insurance (Life, Health, General):

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, compliance.">
  • Experience in digital insurance product development.">
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.">

Risk & Compliance:

  • Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks.">
  • Ability to manage project/product delivery with regulatory considerations.">
  • Hands-on experience in backlog refinement and product tracking for risk-focused initiatives.">

7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a product leader.

Strong business analysis & documentation skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
