About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders across various industries, identifying areas for process enhancement and developing tailored solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture requirements, processes, and workflows from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and solution requirements
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technology experts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of process solutions
  • Participate in discovery workshops, design sessions, and testing activities to validate solution effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitization aligned with industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support ongoing process optimization initiatives

This role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and drive positive change.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years' experience as a Business Analyst or BPM Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services. Hands-on experience with process modeling tools and methodologies is also essential.
