Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Consultant to join our team. As an Operational Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver transformation objectives and drive business excellence.

About the Role:

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for project leadership, problem-solving technical manufacturing issues, utilizing facts and data to prioritize improvement opportunities, adopting a process-oriented approach, and driving change and improvements to client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership for project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds
  • Problem-solving technical manufacturing issues using structured methodologies
  • Utilizing facts and data to prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Adopting a process-oriented approach to solving problems
  • Driving change and improvements to client operations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment, leadership and management experience, a Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business, and strong functional knowledge in areas such as discrete manufacturing and process automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Lean Six Sigma, experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, or turnaround and restructurings, direct operating experience with P&L accountability.
