Job Overview

The Business Transformation Leader – AI & Data Science is a strategic role that drives operational excellence across global business operations. This leader will align initiatives with business objectives, driving measurable outcomes in productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process improvement, and quality enhancement.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions and deploy them into production environments.
  • Leverage Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Conduct value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process simulations to uncover opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, track, and report on key transformation KPIs, including cycle time, utilization, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 12+ years of experience in business process outsourcing / knowledge process outsourcing / shared services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.
