Business Transformation Consultant

Job Description:

Role: Business Transformation Consultant
Location: Remote
Timings: Flexible schedule with consideration for global colleagues

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Transformation Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives that drive significant change and improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business transformation strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with executives and managers to reinforce adoption and behavioral change.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and address concerns.
  • Track, analyze, and report business transformation KPIs and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience driving business transformation in large-scale initiatives (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Digital, or Process Improvement).
  • Strong influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: PROSCI, CCMP, PMP, or Agile.
  • Experience in technology-driven business initiatives (ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure adoption and business impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
