As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to lead our social media efforts and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Briefing and working with agency partners to align plans and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Developing Go-To-Market strategies for short-form social marketing activations to drive business, marketing, and social goals.
  • Working closely with external partners to align plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Informing internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that impact the business.
  • Implementing paid media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Managing community engagement and identifying opportunities to drive conversations between the brand and users.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and optimization of influencers and content creators.
  • Understanding the influencer ecosystem in India and ensuring alignment with marketing briefs.
  • Building strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent management agencies, and content creators.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with colleagues across APAC and IN to align, inform, and receive support to deliver social marketing plans. Key skills required include:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Great team player with a dynamic mindset.
  • Ability to analyze successes, failures, learnings, and ways forward on initiatives and experiments.
  • Proactiveness and willingness to run robust experiments to optimize influencer marketing plans.
