Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales to manage our B2B clientele. This role requires someone who is creative yet organized, able to set up and optimize processes, conduct extensive follow-ups, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS: Establish strong connections with potential clients from various industries, including corporates, colleges, hospitals, and government entities.
  • MaintAIN CONSISTENT CONTACT WITH EXISTING CLIENTS: Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • DEVELOP A ROBUST STRATEGY FOR REACHING OUT TO POTENTIAL B2B CLIENTS: Create effective plans to engage with new business prospects and expand our B2B vertical.
  • IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXPAND THE CURRENT B2B VERTICAL: Take ownership of B2B client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and enhancing the client experience.
  • REPRESENT TALKTOANGEL AT CONFERENCES, EVENTS, AND NETWORKING MEETUPS: Promote our brand and develop new business leads through networking and events.
  • IMPLEMENT SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET OR EXCEED B2B REVENUE TARGETS: Develop and execute sales plans to drive outreach through emails, calls, presentations, and demos.
  • COLLaborate WITH THE MARKETING, PRODUCT, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services and enhance the client experience.
Location and Qualifications

This position is based in Janakpuri, New Delhi. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree prior to 2+ years of experience in sales industry;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Excellent verbal/written communication (English) and presentation skills;
Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 600,000 - 800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
