  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of production technicians and engineers responsible for cell assembly.
    • Provide training and development opportunities on new technologies and procedures.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Deep understanding of solid-state battery technology, including electrolytes, electrode materials, and cell assembly processes.
