
Product Ambassador

As a key liaison between product management and engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in executing our product roadmap.
The OpportunityThis is an execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions for Fortune 100 clients. You will report to the Product Manager or Director of Product, working closely with a dedicated engineering squad.
Key Responsibilities- Product Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
- Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team, participating in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
- User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
- Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
- Technical Empathy: Understand the technical implications of product decisions and work with the engineering team to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
- Experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) or demand generation space.
- Experience with data-intensive or integration-heavy products.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
