Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch effective affiliate marketing programs to drive business results
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates and partners to ensure regular communication, support, and engagement
  • Identify and negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, LTV)
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to provide affiliates with creative assets, content, and campaign support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and performance marketing tools

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with influencer collaborations or KOL campaigns
  • Familiarity with referral marketing, ambassador programs, or community-led growth
