Marketing Performance Lead

The role involves creating and implementing performance-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer segments, and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing resources effectively, ensure optimal allocation of budget, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Design and execute A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports for leadership, offering transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
