We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to lead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
About the Role:The successful candidate will collaborate with planners to ensure delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights, and contribute to campaign performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute ad strategies, manage ad accounts, audiences, and campaign setups.
- Monitor and audit campaign performance, highlighting discrepancies in rates or expected KPIs.
- Conduct weekly analysis and suggest optimizations for improved return on investment (ROI).
- Contribute insights for monthly performance reports to support planners.
- Manage data tracking and placements for accurate campaign measurement.
- Ensure timely submission of performance metrics to planners.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMRush for benchmarking.
- Execute campaigns on Amazon Ads and other e-commerce platforms.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in media buying or digital campaign execution.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMRush.
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, with a problem-solving and analytical mindset.
