Results-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our advertising campaigns forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing targeted ad strategies to generate high-quality leads and deliver significant returns on investment.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ad campaigns that meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Create and execute audience targeting strategies tailored to specific market segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continually optimize ad performance, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven expertise working with clients across the US; understanding of US market trends and customer behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
