Web Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Web Affiliate Marketing Specialist with expertise in driving web-based user acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our affiliate and publisher network to drive quality leads, conversions, and revenue for our web campaigns (CPL/CPA/CPS models).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard high-performing affiliates and publishers
  • Nurture relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance: clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud metrics
  • Negotiate campaign terms and payouts (CPL, CPA, CPS, etc.)
  • Ensure campaign delivery, compliance, and continuous optimization for better results
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams for seamless campaign execution
  • Handle affiliate invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and performance marketing best practices
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Strong grasp of key web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, etc.
  • Experience using tracking and attribution platforms like HasOffers (TUNE), Impact, Everflow, or Affise
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources in web marketing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards
About the Role

This role is focused on developing and executing web-based affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, as well as experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and tracking platforms.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate and publisher network, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivering exceptional results. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
