Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Partner Success Strategist. As a key liaison between our company and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), you will play a critical role in fostering collaboration, driving revenue growth, and ensuring mutual success.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ISV partners worldwide to foster collaboration, loyalty, and long-term growth.
  • Increasing Solution Adoption: Drive incremental revenue through effective partner engagement, helping them scale their solutions built on our software.
  • Partner Enablement: Equip ISVs with the tools, training, and resources needed to successfully develop, market, and sell their IP solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, identifying growth opportunities and addressing potential challenges.
  • Partner Advocacy: Represent ISV partner needs and feedback within our organization to drive internal projects, product enhancements, policy improvements, and operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure partner strategies align with our business objectives, SaaS transition goals, and Xcelerator ecosystem initiatives.
  • NPS Improvement: Proactively address partner concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and improve partner satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, software development, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing partners (preferentially in SaaS) in roles such as Partner Success, Partner Management, or Partner Development.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving partner satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across cultures and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex business relationships.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, enthusiasm for hard work, humble, loyal, and honest with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using data to measure success and drive decision-making.
