Job Title:

Territory Assistant Manager - Sales

Job Description:

You will have a pivotal role in developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy in the territory. You will be responsible for client satisfaction of all projects across the territory.

Key responsibilities include enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets. This involves defining scope, interior estimation, and initiating connections with customers and service partners based on customer requirements.

Additionally, you will visit customer sites along with service partners to help customers finalize the scope and quote with the service partner for their work. Regular meetings with Livpreneurs are also necessary to understand and solve their concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any stream or 15 years' of academic education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development and growth with a minimum of 1 year in B2C sales.
  • Strong multi-tasking and complex operations management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to travel across India/regions of India.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • High level of ownership around targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
