Job Summary

About the Role

This position involves driving sales growth and expansion within a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory
  • Work independently to implement sales strategies without direct supervision
  • Regularly report sales activities and performance on an assigned online platform
  • Maintain high standards of Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage for the division
  • Increase prescription generation and market share
  • Promote divisional products in line with established strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Contribute to strategy development and implementation
  • Serve as a brand ambassador

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy, or equivalent qualification
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills are preferred

Preferred candidates possess prior/current experience in the same therapy area or have worked with multinational corporations and top Indian pharmaceutical companies.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently, think strategically, and drive results-oriented sales growth.
