Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR Strategist to oversee end-to-end human resources operations, drive employee engagement, and serve as a strong liaison between management and employees.

  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles, leveraging various tools and strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and respect for departing employees.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR is beneficial, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HRMS platforms preferred, but not necessary.
