We are seeking a Talent Management Strategist to join our Human Resources team. This is an integral role responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Development
- Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support long-term growth and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with overall organizational strategy.
- Performance Enhancement
- Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Employee Skill Development
- Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Employee Retention and Engagement
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Succession Planning and Data Analysis
- Develop and maintain robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure effectiveness of talent management strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Master's degree in HR or related field is required.
- 5+ years of proven HR experience
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
