As a key member of our team, you will lead sales and partnerships across schools, colleges, and universities in the APTS region, driving revenue growth by building relationships and expanding our presence in the education sector primarily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities across various sales segments.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within each identified sales segment.
  • Lead and manage a sales team & business development partners to achieve regional targets from all sales segments.
  • Strategically target and guide the team to acquire new clients within diverse sales segments, negotiating terms and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Explore and capitalize on upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams within each sales segment.

Skill Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in institutional sales, a strong network in the education sector, and fluency in Telugu. Must be comfortable with frequent travel across the APTS region.
