Senior Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project leader with extensive experience in managing complex projects to drive business success. As Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 14 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Proven expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing greenfield projects and solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach when required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise-level applications and hands-on experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code is a plus.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and decision-making is highly valued.
