Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Assistant to work directly with the CEO in driving strategic product initiatives.

This role involves preparing product documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking key product metrics, and assisting in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product vision, strategy, and execution by working closely with the CEO.
  • Prepare requirement briefs, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Track key product metrics and prepare dashboards/updates for leadership.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and ensure project deliverables are achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and research abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and eagerness to learn from direct leadership exposure.
