
Sales and Business Development Lead

As a key member of the Government Solutions team within Executive Education (EE) department, you will play an important part in driving business growth and contributing to individual development.
- Lead revenue generation from key public sector accounts/territory and drive business growth with individual sales targets.
- Manage client relationships from end-to-end as part of the sales process.
- Research new market opportunities and clients by contacting potential clients to establish networks, arrange meetings, and support customer outreach to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
- Prepare approach notes and proposal documents, translating client-provided information into clear program objectives and learning outcomes. Support in program documentation and create knowledge collaterals.
- Communicate with existing clients in a way that supports ongoing relationships.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Assist in program planning and execution by adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans as required.
Required Skills and QualificationsKey qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.
- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
- Technical skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Good questioning, probing, and listening skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills.
