We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in application support with .NET or PHP, as well as strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP, troubleshooting and resolving application, database, and server-related issues, and performing debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application availability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support with .NET or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
