Job Title

As a Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and organisational support to our organisation, ensuring smooth execution across service delivery, operations, content, and collaborations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Maintain schedules for sales, launches, and events
  • Coordinate with freelancers (editors, photographers, creators)
  • Keep inventory updated, assist with data uploads
  • Manage partnerships and follow-ups
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in service delivery, operations, or support roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus
