Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR Information System, performing regular backups and updates as needed.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Training Coordination: Arrange and facilitate training sessions for employees, focusing on skills development and professional growth.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely. Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
