Job Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to spearhead our Human Resources department. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can lead, monitor, and innovate across multiple HR functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the management of employee relations, payroll, and statutory compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of HRMS to its full potential across various modules.
  • Provide strategic HR support to management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
  • Analyze reports, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures, ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • Support increment meetings by providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and employee engagement through HR Connect initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
