
HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

At the heart of our organization lies a strong foundation that supports the growth and development of our team members. We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Human Resource Intern.
Job Description:
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Help with onboarding new interns/employees.
- Conduct and document feedback sessions to improve HR processes.
- Contribute to employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Maintain HR records and assist with policy compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team and management on day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pursuing an MBA in HR is a plus (not mandatory).
- Must have a laptop/PC with stable internet connection.
- Available for a 3-month remote internship.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 months.
- Hours: Flexible (10–15 hrs/week).
