HR Consultant Role

Seeking an experienced SAP ABAP programming specialist to fill this HR Consultant position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration, specifically in the areas of Human Resources (HR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom modules for HR-specific tasks using SAP ABAP programming language.
  • Configure and enhance SAP HCM (HR) workflows, including personnel administration, organizational management, payroll processing, time management, and employee self-service.
  • Design and develop reports, forms, and interfaces using SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP HR data with other systems using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
  • Maintain and update existing HR configurations and functionalities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integration is beneficial.
