Job Title: Key Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Corporate Gifting operations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the designated region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt our offerings and strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for operational improvement.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns and events.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance the branch's visibility and network with potential clients.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on branch activities, sales performance, and market trends.
