As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will drive expansion and growth in the Bangalore region. Your strong understanding of the regional market, combined with established local networks and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling businesses, will be crucial to your success.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region, identifying regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion. Additionally, you will build a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks, drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients, own and deliver revenue targets, lead negotiations and close large-value deals, manage P&L for the Bangalore region, and oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience. You will lead a high-performing sales and account management team, provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
