About this opportunity
  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with top brands across various industries to deliver holistic views of marketing performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
Your responsibilities
  1. Provide dashboard reporting and data insights to our Australian team.
  2. Utilize your expertise in MCI/Datorama to manage data streams, build marketing dashboards, and create visualisations.
  3. Analyse marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Maintain data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including data management and stream handling.
  • Proven track record of building successful marketing dashboards and visualisations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, data governance, and QA principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for data analysis, storytelling, and driving commercial growth.
