Job Overview:

This is a key leadership role responsible for the sales growth of coworking spaces. As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our channel partner networks and increasing revenue.

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales with a background in Hospitality (preferred).
  • Customer account management experience, with thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned coworking spaces and achieve monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats.
  • Expand existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for precise tracking and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with the operations team to resolve client issues.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and market scenarios.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Identify new sales opportunities.
