Job Title: Area Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong background in sales and business development, particularly in the automotive sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales team from scratch, with a focus on expanding our operations across multiple regions. They will also be expected to drive performance, manage remote teams, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pan-India sales and business development, preferably in auto-tech, automotive, or similar sectors.
  • Proven track record in building sales teams from scratch and scaling operations across multiple regions.
  • Strong exposure to subscription models, SaaS, or marketplaces is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams and drive performance.
  • Personality Traits: Highly proactive and hands-on with a bias for execution.
