Job Title:
Regional Business Development Strategist
- The Regional Business Development Strategist will lead the commercial strategy for the region, identifying key business opportunities and driving growth through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional business strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional leaders, customer marketing managers, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address coverage and service gaps.
- Assist in improving the effectiveness of the sales team by implementing sales capability initiatives.
- Develop intelligence and plan pilots to set up a rural GTM as relevant for the region's distribution priorities.
- Assist in setting up and operating alternate channels, hospital channels, and SFA usage.
