Job Title: Business Growth Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Transformation: Drive top line growth through dealers, online channels, and digital partnerships.
  • Business Operations Management: Oversee complete business operations, including profitability, forecasting sales targets, and their execution.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to boost revenue streams through cross-selling, new outbound campaigns, and third-party products.
  • Performance Metrics: Lead team for critical revenue parameters, such as ROI, profit factor, and insurance penetration.
  • Market Penetration: Develop strategies for higher market penetration and faster portfolio build-up.
  • Lending Book Management: Create a high-quality UCL Lending Book and increase lending penetration in the UCL Loans Segment.Channel Management & Distribution:
    • Cost-Effective Sourcing: Ensure sourcing mix through channels at the most cost-effective manner to control Cost of Acquisition.
    • Region Wise Disbursal: Deliver region wise disbursal volumes, revenues, and yield target.
    • Sales Management System: Develop and implement an appropriate sales management system to track sales force productivity and performance in line with budget.
    • Marketing Support: Leverage on marketing/product support/manufacturer support for enhancing business penetration.
    • Promotional Activities: Trigger promotional activities/events like inserts/loan melas to ensure continuous funnelling.
    • New Areas Expansion: Plan for expansion into new areas/locations/markets/branches.
