  • Scale IFA Channel: Provide IFAs with tools, training, and support to grow their business while enabling cross-selling of third-party financial products.
  • Collaborate for Success: Collaborate with APs and IFAs to maximize sales, leverage their networks, and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing sub-brokers, APs, and IFAs through consistent engagement, training, and performance support.
  • Governance Frameworks: Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
