- Collaborate for Success: Collaborate with APs and IFAs to maximize sales, leverage their networks, and explore new growth opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing sub-brokers, APs, and IFAs through consistent engagement, training, and performance support.
- Governance Frameworks: Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
