
Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our team.
- Achieving agreed market and segment share targets is a key responsibility of this role.
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals will be set at the beginning of each year and you will be expected to meet these targets.
- Monitoring actual sales against expectations is crucial to ensure we meet our business objectives.
Implementation of Trade Management plans involves:
- Developing and executing market and outlet coverage plans to increase sales.
- Ensuring adherence to fixed call frequency for self and customer groups to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensuring availability and visibility of all SKUs as per norms to meet customer demands.
- Launching new products successfully in the market and planning how to launch new SKUs in the same outlet.
Implementation of category / brand input plans requires:
- Implementing trade and consumer schemes to drive sales growth.
- Communicating and reporting monthly and quarterly schemes for products to dealers to keep them informed.
- Executing branding elements at the appropriate place and time to create a lasting impression.
- Quality execution of merchandising activities to enhance shelf presence.
- Evaluating pre/during and post sales feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Stock control involves:
- Monitoring and ensuring stock levels at distributor level for all SKUs.
- Reporting any issues related to customer and dealer stock to prevent delays.
- Coordinating with ASE/ASM to ensure adequate stock availability.
Competitor Analysis and Feedback requires:
- Informing about competitive activities on a timely basis and implementing recommendations to counter competitor activities.
Customer Focus involves:
- Developing and maintaining superior trade relations with key trade members.
- Reviewing products that sold well in the market compared to others and sharing market feedback and customer feedback with ASM.
- Educating and training customer groups on selling techniques through live examples.
- Regularly checking distributors' ROI to optimize sales performance.
Others:
- Coordinating with Depot, ASM, and Distributor on a day-to-day basis to ensure the right product mix and dispatch of goods to respective towns/distributors.
