Strategic Operations Partner

About this role

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Partner. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth.

This is a true generalist role that involves solving high-impact, cross-functional problems and bringing clarity to complex issues.

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximise revenue — identify and fix funnel leakages, shape pricing/packaging strategies, and enable the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — improve onboarding processes, drive org health projects, and support strategic hiring efforts.
