  • Lead and manage end-to-end invoice processing for various types of invoices, including purchase orders, non-purchase order based invoices, discrepancies resolution, and import invoices.">
  • Oversee and optimize invoice workflows, including three-way matching, two-way matching, exception handling, and resolution of discrepancies.">
  • Drive automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency in invoice posting.">
  • Mentor and lead the team responsible for managing end-to-end invoice processing functions.">
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to invoice processing, Service Level Agreements, aging, and blocked invoices reports.">
  • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining thorough documentation and supporting internal and external audit processes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess an MBA degree with a specialization in finance or hold equivalent qualifications such as CA or CWA certification.">
  • At least 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles.">
