Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our accounting operations, with hands-on experience in cloud-based accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end accounting processes
- Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flows and working capital effectively
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements
- Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights
- Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
- Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements
- Maintain proper documentation, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management
- Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using cloud-based accounting software
- Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software
- Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes
- Familiarity with MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques
- Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices
