Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash flow activities, including account reconciliations, vendor payments, and payroll processing.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and SOX.
  • Tax Planning: Identify opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Implement and maintain effective risk management practices to mitigate financial risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in financial software and systems.
