Director of Operations

As the Chief Operating Officer of the organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing long-term operations strategies that align with the business plans. This involves developing an operational plan that incorporates goals and objectives aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an operational strategy to ensure seamless alignment between short-term and long-term goals.
- Identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining current quality standards and increasing terminal throughput, assets capacity, and flexibility.
- Guide and review maintenance plans and annual budgets to guarantee they support the delivery of plant objectives.
- Ensure timely completion of projects without cost overrun.
- Lead and review marketing, logistics, and material procurement, contracting plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Invest in building people capabilities and competencies across all functions and disciplines.
- Comply with all regulatory norms to mitigate risks.
- Establish, implement, monitor, and improve a Health, Safety, Environment, and Facilities (HSEF) system to achieve sustainable operation with best-in-class HSEF performance.
